Moments a love poem.

I awoke with thoughts of you

I hoped I'd see you today.

That the darkness of night

you'd chased way.

Your warmth and shining brightness

putting a smile on my face.

Softly caressing, tenderly kissing

your body melting into mine.

Entangled in our intimate embrace.

And time and worlds stand still,

as we share in this moment

with undaunting will.

Our hearts adjoined piercing

through skin, bone and marrow

penetrating intertwined together.

Both wishing not yet knowing that

this moment must end.

But every moment must finish for the

next to start.

And thus a new moment we can begin.

So I will hold my passion, my longing,

my wanting desire I'll let grow.

As Amber Sunset brings darkness's

ebony flow.

And I wake and I sleep,

but for a day or two.

Till we again be joined

for a moment anew.
